Over the past 8 years, I’ve delivered personal impact and presentation skills seminars to hundreds of senior employees in public companies and government departments throughout the UK and South East Asia.
I’ll meet with you to discuss the learning & development objectives of your key personnel, and we’ll design a bespoke workshop that can be delivered, either as a stand-alone event, or dovetailed into your ongoing leadership programme.
... then, you can sit back, and trust me to ensure that the learning outcomes we’ve agreed are fully delivered, and that your staff will finish the event not only having experienced dramatic improvements in their presentation skills, but also, feeling confident, inspired, and fully equipped to raise their game in other aspects of their working life.
My courses are highly interactive - it’s vital that people feel the sensation and energy of performance within their bodies, so that they’ll instinctively replicate it, even in the most challenging scenarios... I leave no stone unturned to ensure that all participants leave the course seeing considerable improvements.
Seminars tend to last anywhere between ½ day and 2 days... They can be held at a venue of your choice, and will (ideally) accommodate groups of 10 to 15 delegates...
... also, when groups of colleagues attend together, my workshops can become a wonderful team-building experience!
After the event your delegates will -

Naturally, the course will be designed to meet your specific learning and development objectives, but here’s an indication of the kind of structure that my workshops tend to follow:
- At the beginning of the day, each participant is filmed to assess their current skill level, so that they can begin to understand (and ultimately influence) the way they’re perceived by others.
- Next we’ll begin working on the essential ‘performance skills’ that form the foundations of effective public speaking.
- We’ll work on breathing, pitch, pace and articulation to help each participant discover the unique potential of their own voice, and also, how to project themselves without straining.
- Next we’ll focus on building the levels of personal energy and dynamism they’ll need to make an impact on audiences both large and small.
- They’ll exercise their voices to find the flexibility and variety that makes a speaker genuinely interesting to listen to.
- We’ll look closely at the art of structuring and crafting a first-rate presentation. Each delegate will leave the event with a generic ‘blueprint’ for presentation development that will enable them to ‘tease out’ exactly what needs to be said, to whom and how.
- If appropriate and time permits I work one-on-one with each delegate for 15-20 mins so that their individual issues can be fully addressed.
- Lastly we have the all important final synthesis... At the end of the course, we’ll pull everything together, and each delegate is filmed once again so that the full impact of the day can be viewed by the entire group.
Optional extra:
- Each participant can receive a written report on their presentation, including specific comments about their progress, and a road-map for the ongoing development of their presentation skills (POA).
Courses cost from £1225 for 6 delegates and £50 per additional participant.
…. if you have a very large number of delegates, there’s also an option to license the course so that it can be delivered by your in-house trainers (POA).
