Cancellation or Postponement of One on One and Bespoke courses
One on One
I appreciate that under particular circumstances a client may need to reschedule a particular session once training has commenced. Providing that the request to reschedule is made up to 7 days before the arranged date, I will make every reasonable effort to schedule another time for that session. If the venue has already been paid for, I will pass that charge at cost to the client, retaining it from the fees already paid. If the request to postpone or cancel is made within the week prior to the session 50% of the cost of that session would be retained. Should it be cancelled or postponed within 48 hours 100% of the cost of that session will be retained. If appropriate, the cost of the venue will also be passed on to the client.
Payment
Taster sessions and the bundle of 3 coaching sessions must be paid for before the coaching begins. Any subsequent sessions required must be paid for before the commencement of the sessions.
Bespoke
25% of the agreed fee will be charged for development and preparation time for postponements and cancellations received and agreed 10 or more working days before delivery. If the venue has already been booked the charge, at cost, will be passed on to the client.
If the training is postponed or cancelled within 10 working days a 50% fee will be charged plus the cost of the venue.
If it is postponed or cancelled within 5 working days the full fee applies plus the cost of the venue.
However a credit of 50% of any of the above penalty fees will be made against any future invoices that relate to the specific cancelled assignment.
Postponements and cancellations will only be accepted in writing and need to be confirmed in writing by me as agreed and accepted.Invoicing and Payment
Fees are due within 30 days of invoice date.
If payment of fees is not within the period quoted above or any agreed exception I reserve the right to withdraw all services and charge interest at current Bank of England base rate + 2% .
General: Intellectual Property
All material provided by Lyndon Hughes before during and after the training is the intellectual property of Lyndon Hughes, so reproduction and use outside of the context and terms outlined in the proposal is strictly forbidden.
Should I license material to your organisation, that permission for use will extend only to internal employees, not to any external consultants whatsoever.
Health & Safety
I use a range of exercises to promote learning. I will assume that all the delegates are of sound physical and mental health to fully partake in such experiences. Please let me know if this is not the case. I reserve the right to decline a delegate from participation should I feel any reason for concern.
